If you read only this

On this page, I demonstrate that I have transferred my communication skills and didactical approach from classroom teaching (with kids and teenagers) to professional development. I have created multiple successful training programs for STEAM teachers, teacher trainers, sales representation, and administrators. I have developed custom training programs for businesses.

01. The Challenge & Solution

>

As the popularity of Educational Robotics was growing in late 2000, teachers were asking for training. As that service was not available at that time, there was a need to introduce coding and physical-digital interaction learning scenarios to teachers.

In short,

how to build collective knowledge for digital-physical interactions of a teacher community.

02. The Solution

Through different organizations, I have created multiple training programs to fulfill the needs of the community. These services were then offered in my region, province, and country. I have trained over 3000 teachers over the course of 10 years, Canada wide.

03. My contribution in this project

Structure Training Program and validate outcomes

A

I have conceptualized, produced, and delivered training experiences for teachers for many organizations. These training programs were of these topics:

  1. Introduction to Robotics (using LEGO products)
  2. Advance Robotics concepts (using LEGO products)
  3. Introduction to electronics (using Arduino)
  4. General STEAM learning concepts

Conception of custom training session for Industries

B

I have also created unique hands-on days to simulate a Remote Working Situation to illustrate documented theories at the university level.
